Our telephony provider is planning on doing maintenance to improve the stability of their calling platform, which could temporarily affect calling in Close.io.
What are they doing?
This maintenance is required to improve the overall stability of their internal databases. It will also help them provide better uptime and more efficient failovers in the unlikely event of a server failure in the cluster.
Although, we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience:
- Intermittent Inbound and Outbound Call errors and timeouts
- Intermittent Inbound and Outbound SMS errors and timeouts
- Intermittent Registration Errors and Timeouts
